Please send us your Purchase Order by email or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order.

We need to know the following information for your order:

·  Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port,

·  Transportation method ( by air or by sea container)

·  Product information - reference, quantity, unit price

·  Delivery time required

·  Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )

·  Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

2. Can you help me to find a product ?

Each of our product have reference (for eg. MSVR501-B). We have listed them in our eShop. If you have difficulties to find one product please send contact us by email or live chat on line when available.

3. How can I get your price list?

Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.

4. How could I get samples?

We supply free samples if samples are in stock and the total value under 5 US dollars and if you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectible account and agree to pay the courier freight. Shall the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receiving the receipt of your payment. If you don't have a courier account, you can ask your courier to collect samples from our company or, send us the samples charge together with the courier cost

5. What is the minimum Order Quantity?

6. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes, this is our differentiation as we are manufacturer. Logo can be printed on our products. In addition to your logo, company name can be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card. You can send us the native file of your logo by email in JPEG, TIFF and AI format.

7. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

8. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes ! We can arrange the transportation by sea, by air or by ship according to your choice.

9. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kg, we sent usually by courier such as DHL, FedEx, TNT or Aramex. For orders from 20 to 500 kg, they can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, we sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port).
